One of the things I truly appreciate about performance reviews is the structured opportunity to reflect on personal growth. Setting clear goals helped me stay focused, and looking back, I’m happy with the progress I’ve made toward the three key goals I set for 2024!

Delivering quality software isn’t just about coding—it’s about ownership, collaboration, and problem-solving. One of my goal was to lead high-impact projects/features, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality.
